An industrial client has an application where they need to mount warning notifications on a safety cage that surrounds a piece of equipment.  They had been using two laser-cut stainless steel panels, bolted back to back, and applying a printed vinyl decal to one of those two panels.  We helped them reduce cost by providing an off-the-shelf coated aluminum panel that is imaged using an ink-to-surface heat transfer process.  This eliminated the steps required to mount a decal to the flat plate, the costs related to manufacturing the stainless plates, and reduced the overall number of individual part numbers.  We also provide a matching back plate and pre-drill all of the mounting holes to meet the client’s specifications.  The result is a sharp attention-getting panel that has a cleaner appearance and a significantly reduced cost.  We can produce these panels in a variety of sizes.
