Dye Sublimation
Dye sublimation is an apparel decoration process in which ink is heat pressed into the fabric, so the decoration does not sit on top of the clothing, it becomes part of the clothing. We offer this process on performance clothing and sports caps, both are made of polyester fabric. Because it is essentially printing on a shirt, it becomes difficult to see colors when printed on top of another color and on dark colors.

Heat Transfer Vinyl
Heat transfer vinyl is process of applying graphics on shirts in which printed vinyl is heat pressed on top of the shirt. This means the graphic lays on top of the shirt, which allows any color graphics to be on any color shirt of any material. This process we typically use for cotton shirts and/or dark colored shirts.
